  • Build working knowledge of bank connectivity (e.g., SFTP, encryption) and payment file structures to support implementation and troubleshoot issues.
  • Track and document bank-specific nuances and best practices, sharing updates with the team and contributing to internal documentation.
  • Partner with the Product and Partnership teams to ensure alignment on bank capabilities and evolving customer needs.
  • Begin developing familiarity with other payment modality workflows in preparation for future implementation responsibilities.
  • Stay current on PaymentWorks product features and updates impacting payment workflows.
  • Support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for live payment customers, as needed.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and playbook development.

You Have:

  • Familiarity with ACH and electronic payment processing, including NACHA and ISO 20022 file formats.
  • Understanding of secure file transmission (SFTP, encryption).
  • Experience with card processing or virtual card onboarding is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable using tools like Hubspot, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Vitally, and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
