We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM), who will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, helping them achieve success with our platform through seamless implementation, ongoing support, and configuration. This role bridges the gap between technical services and customer success teams, working cross-functionally with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and a growth mindset. We believe in empowering technical account managers to take responsibility, lean into ambiguity, and turn ideas into reality.
