Bank Validation Specialist
Remote - US, Boston
PaymentWorks is hiring a Bank Validation Specialist for our Fraud Operations team.
The Bank Validation Specialist is a phone-focused role responsible for validating vendor registration and banking information through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with vendors throughout the day.
An ideal candidate is a confident communicator and excellent listener who loves getting the details exactly right, is highly organized, and can manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
You Will:
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls throughout the day to validate vendor registration and banking details
- Maintain exceptionally detailed notes and record all interactions with vendors
- Responsibly handle sensitive vendor information while following our company’s established security protocols
- Constantly and consistently meet time-sensitive deadlines, always with an eye on getting all details exactly right
You Have:
- Experience handling a high volume of phone calls, ideally in a customer service or administrative role
- Superior communication skills: excellent verbal and written skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills (this job is for someone who LOVES details!)
- Excellent note taking skills
- The ability to track and manage multiple workflows at once
