Nacha, the governing body of the ACH Network, recently imposed sweeping rule changes for ACH “push payments” to reduce fraud and improve fund recovery when fraud occurs due to business email compromise and vendor impersonation scams.

All companies and public sector organizations are subject to these rule changes and need to comply by June 2026.
