PaymentWorks is looking to hire a Bank Validation Specialist (Remote – US) for our Fraud Operations team.
The Bank Validation Specialist will be responsible for validating vendor registration credentials. Through their efforts, team members will contribute to the overall security of our customers’ business transactions.
An ideal candidate is self-motivated, loves getting details exactly right, is a top-notch communicator, excellent listener, and a great multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
You Will:
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm vendor registration details
- Maintain exceptionally detailed notes and record all interactions with vendors
- Responsibly handle sensitive vendor information while following our company’s established security protocols
- Constantly and consistently meet time-sensitive deadlines, always with an eye on getting all details exactly right
You Have:
- Experience handling a high volume of phone calls, ideally in a customer service or administrative role
- Superior communication skills: excellent verbal and written skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills (this job is for someone who LOVES details!)
- Excellent note-taking skills
- The ability to track and manage multiple workflows at once
