Software Project Manager, Enterprise SaaS
PaymentWorks is looking for a Software Project Manager to project manage multiple implementation projects. The project manager is responsible for guiding an implementation project from conception to completion. The goal of a project manager is to ensure that implementation projects are completed on time and within budget. Given that several projects are in process at any time, the project manager must be able to manage multiple aspects of the process simultaneously. Project managers must work cross-functionally, communicate to all parties involved in a project and ensure all tasks are completed on time. The project manager will be responsible for assigning tasks to the right constituents, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.

You Will:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Assemble and lead the project team
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
- Manage tasks in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and those of the company
- Communicate and report project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Stay aware of company goals, strategies and product enhancements to ensure projects align with business priorities
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully and serve as the software subject matter expert
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Maintain and document necessary customer details and communication with Customer Success Managers
- Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests
You Have:
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience running sophisticated technology transformation projects
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hubspot, and G-Suite tools preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools preferred
- Excellent client-facing and written / verbal communication skills – comfortpresenting to senior executives and key stakeholders.
- SaaS experience preferred
- Ability to travel 20%-25% of the time
