Technical Project Manager, Enterprise SaaS
PaymentWorks is looking for a Technical Project Manager to project manage multiple projects, including software implementation and integration. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for guiding a project from conception to completion. The goal of a project manager is to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is generally a senior role, and a project manager is responsible for coordinating with other team members to ensure that their tasks are completed on time. Several projects are typically in the process of being completed at any given time, and a project manager must be able to manage multiple aspects of the process simultaneously. Project managers work cross-functionally and communicate to all parties involved in a project.

You Will:
- Manage and coordinate multiple integration projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure integration projects align with business priorities
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure integration projects are completed successfully and timely
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Optimize integration project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
- Maintain and document necessary customer details and communication in HubSpot
- Keep the project team focused on the end goal
- Develop and maintain Project Plan as it relates to integration/interfaces. Maintain integration scope.
- Track and manage integration related issues and risks.
You Have:
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills in ERP Integrations
- A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience running sophisticated technology transformation projects
- Technical / Quality Assurance background for troubleshooting and investigations of issues
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot and G-Suite tools preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools preferred
- Excellent client-facing and written / verbal communication skills – comfort presenting to senior executives and key stakeholders.
- SaaS experience preferred
- Ability to travel 20%-25% of the time.
