PaymentWorks is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to onboard enterprise customers onto our SaaS platform. First and foremost, this person engages hands-on with customers to manage the enablement process (program design, training, etc.) and develops processes, tools, and collateral to make these customer interactions more efficient as the business grows. We seek a problem-solver who can consider any obstacles we encounter holistically in order to implement creative solutions..
