Support Engineer

Paymentworks is seeking a support engineer to join a small, agile team of high-performing software engineers as we protect the world from B2B payment fraud. You would be joining a support engineering team that will play a critical role in the efficiency and success of both the engineering organization and the broader company. As a key player augmenting the founding team of support engineers, you will spend your time focused on providing application, troubleshooting, and technical expertise to engineering and other internal organizations. Also, you will play a critical role in driving the overall quality of the PaymentWorks platform.

Paymentworks prevents fraud by leveraging our secure and automated “Supplier Information Management” solution to protect sensitive payment credentials, all while making the process of collecting, validating and managing vendor information incredibly easy. The application has seen wide adoption in the healthcare and higher-education sectors, and is expanding quickly. In other words, we’re growing fast and we need engineers to keep up with the rapid growth.
