Customer Support Representative

PaymentWorks is looking to hire a new member to the Customer Support team. The person will play an active role on a multidisciplinary team whose primary responsibility is to investigate and respond to inbound support tickets and ensure the best experience for our users. Team members also work to continually learn from users’ experience and behavior patterns so we can continue to optimize the product and refine our support capability to improve our service.

We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, hard-working individual to join the Support team. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, top-notch communicator, excellent listener, natural problem solver, and a great multi-tasker who can work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. We encourage and reward initiative, drive, creative thinking, and ownership of process and procedure implementation.
